Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 4 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
As our candles are all handmade and made to order, please note that we will take limited orders in batches.
Domestic Shipping Rates
We offer flat rate shipping fee of $5 to all addresses in Singapore. For orders above $60, shipping fee will be waived off.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship to countries outside of Singapore.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us.
If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@thegentlescent.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
As we do not have a return policy, should there be any issue with your order, do contact us at sales@thegentlescent.com
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@thegentlescent.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
